Based on the Mexican tin heart wall decorations, these solid metal cast Sacred Heart pieces have a vintage silver finish with red resin heart filling.  Though they're solid, the earrings are not very heavy. Metal "stud" type attachments with stopper included to help secure your earrings better. Earrings measure about 2" x 1.2". Double Strand Necklaces are 20" and 18" long.
